Apple launches iOS 17.2.1.. Update now and discover changes to your iPhone
We will tell you everything new that has reached iOS 17.2.1, a new version of the operating system for iPhone released a few hours ago. This is a simple new update that comes to correct errors that affect some users, related to the disappearance of the home screen and icons, or in some cases, battery drain.
As expected, the new features in iOS 17.2.1 are limited to bug fixes, as new functionalities, such as Diary app, and the ability to reply to iMessage messages using any sticker, or Apple Music favourite song list, arrived with iOS 17.2.
As in the recent iOS update, Apple recommends installing this new version for all users, although it doesn’t specify which errors it corrects.
After the update, some users see some bugs that are meant to be fixed, such as the problem of icons disappearing on the home screen when rearranged or running out of battery.
Although the company usually speeds up the issuance of versions that fix important errors, it would be useful to indicate these errors clearly in the update notes. In this way, users can verify whether it has been corrected and send feedback to the company with our impressions, if necessary to continue working in some respects.
