You can now see the interface of the new Google Assistant app and the Bard has been integrated into it
Google Bard is currently being integrated into the Google Assistant app, and it doesn’t go as fast as many users would like. But obviously Google wants to do things right. A series of photos were leaked today showing Bard in Google Assistant and easing the wait for its official launch.
There is still no date on the table indicating when the Bard will be integrated into Google Assistant, but thanks to the analysis of the APK file by 9To5Google, it is possible to see how it works on mobile phones almost entirely.
Although Google intends for Bard to replace its fully intelligent assistant, for now, it seems that the change will not be radical in some sections of the device. In fact, we’ve seen that on the Google Discover screen, the assistant and the Bard will coexist.
The use of one or the other depends on the user, and can be changed in the top area using a key that activates or deactivates Bard. The process is not entirely useful, since its use in certain situations will depend on the user.
At least, this will only affect Google Discover. On the other screens of the device, Bard replaces Google Assistant entirely. In fact, it can be called in the same way as the helper by pressing for a long time on the bottom of the phone screen.
After calling Bard, what will happen is a floating window emerges through which you can write, talk or send a photo. Being a really smart assistant, what is needed is to be able to perform any kind of action using the information provided by the user.
At the moment, Google Assistant with Bard cannot be accessed for the vast majority of users. Screenshots show Google’s plans, but there’s still a long way to go before they come true. Moreover, despite seeing the design, this does not mean that it will be the final design.
